Take 65 N to I-24 W or I-40W to Briley Pkwy-West. Go Briley Pkwy.-W to Exit 24- Ashland City, Hwy.12. Take Hwy.12 into Ashland City. Turn Right onto Stratton Blvd. (between McDonalds and Stratton's). Turn L @ the top of Stratton Blvd. onto Bell St. -3162 Bell St. Entrance on the Right. This is 20 minutes from Nashville.

From the North side of town
Go I-24 (Old Hickory Blvd.) to Pleasant View. Follow Hwy.249 into Ashland City. OR Exit @ New Hope Road from I-24. Go Left over interstate and thru intersection. Go to the FLASHING light and turn RIGHT. Go to next road on the LEFT which is Bearwallow Rd. Follow 5-7 mi. to 1200 Bearwallow Rd. Entrance on the LEFT.

The development is only 20 miles to downtown Nashville.
